Travel & Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own travel and accommodation.

Terms & Conditions
Registration fee includes lunch and refreshments. Please contact us for any special dietary requirements. Full payment must be received prior to the conference to ensure admission. Delegates may not “share” a pass between multiple attendees.

Workshop attendees must also register for the conference.
*Early bird prices subject to availability.

Cancellations:
Should a delegate be unable to attend the event a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. However, no pass sharing at the event is allowed.

No cancellations will be refunded. A credit voucher will be issued for cancellations received in writing more than four weeks before the event date and valid for 12 months. For an event cancelled by Address Events registration fees are fully refundable.

Address Events will make its best endeavours to run the event per the published programme but reserves the right to alter the programme without notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers, topics or the alteration of the dates of the event.

Address Events is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.

If, for any reason, Address Events decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Address Events is not responsible for covering consequential costs (airfare, hotel, or other travel costs) incurred by clients

All Intellectual Property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Address Events in connection with this event is expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
